Platinum Completes Acquisition of Pathcom

Platinum Communications Corporation (TSX-V: PCS) announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the management group, engineering team and operating assets of Pathcom Wireless Inc. (Pathcom) for $800,000 by payment of $600,000 cash and a promissory note for $200,000.

With this complementary acquisition Platinum will strengthen its wireless engineering expertise; enhance and diversify its revenue streams; and, augment its high capacity broadband presence in the Peace River and Fort McMurray regions in Northern Alberta.
