Pacific-Link Capital Inc. (the "Company") announces that the TSX Venture
Exchange ("TSX-V") has consented to the further extension of the time for filing
of submission documents in connection with the proposed Qualifying Transaction
(as that term is defined in Policy 2.4 Capital Pool Companies of TSX-V). The
Company is currently conducting due diligence on certain oil and gas property
(the "Property") in connection with the proposed Qualifying Transaction first
announced in a news release dated June 13, 2011. For further details on the
proposed Qualifying Transaction of the Company, please refer to the news release
dated June 13, 2011 announcing a letter of intent dated June 1, 2011 between the
Company and Red Cloud Exploration, LLC ("Red Cloud") and the news release dated
August 9, 2011 announcing a Farm-Out Agreement dated August 8, 2011, as amended
on October 6, 2011 and November 6, 2011, between the Company and Red Cloud.
