Calgary, Canada, June 24, 2013 - Pan African Oil Ltd. (TSXV:PAO) ("PAO" or the "Company") announces that Dejan Ristic has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Ristic for his service and contributions to the Company.
