Potash Ridge Corporation ("Potash Ridge" or the "Corporation") (TSX:PRK)(OTCQX:POTRF) today announced that its common shares have been approved for trading in the United States on the OTCQX Marketplace ("OTCQX"). Trading is expected to commence immediately under the symbol POTRF. The Corporation will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under its existing symbol PRK. OTCQX International is a segment of the OTCQX marketplace reserved for high-quality non-U.S. companies listed on a qualified foreign stock exchange. U.S. investors can find information and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the Corporation on www.otcmarkets.com. Berns and Berns will act as the Corporation's Principal American Liaison ("PAL") on OTCQX. The Corporation is also in the process of obtaining DTC eligibility in the next few weeks, which will facilitate ease of trading on OTCQX. The Corporation continues development of its flagship Blawn Mountain Project located in Utah. Work on the prefeasibility continues on track, with completion anticipated towards the end of this quarter. The project is planned to start-up operations during the second half of 2016 and is expected to produce 680,000 tonnes per annum of sulphate of potash ("SOP") and 3.3 million tonnes per annum of bauxite-type material. About Potash Ridge Potash Ridge is a Canadian based exploration and development company with a unique opportunity to develop a mine and processing facility to produce SOP and a bauxite-type material. SOP is a premium priced potash fertilizer and bauxite is a mixture of hydrated aluminum oxides used in the production of alumina.
