Oriana Resources Corporation announces that it will no longer be proceeding with its qualifying transaction with MLM1 Corp.

TORONTO, July 21, 2015 /CNW/ - Oriana Resources Corporation (NEX: OUP.H) ("Oriana"), a capital pool company pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") Policy 2.4: Capital Pool Companies, and listed on the NEX board of the Exchange, today announced that it is no longer proceeding with its previously announced proposed qualifying transaction with MLM1 Corp., doing business as The Madcap Learning Adventure.                                                                                                                                      

Oriana will continue the process of identifying and evaluating assets and businesses with the intention of acquiring same to constitute a proposed qualifying transaction to enable Oriana to list on the Exchange as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 issuer.  Particulars relating to any proposed qualifying transaction will follow in accordance with the policies of the Exchange in future press releases.|
