Crew Gold Corporation ("Crew" or "the Company") (TSX:CRU)(OSLO:CRU) today

As set out in the Company's July 23, 2010 press release, the post-consolidated
common shares will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and
the Oslo Stock Exchange ("OSE") at market opening on August 5, 2010. The last
day of trading on a pre-consolidation basis will be August 4, 2010.
