OPEL Technologies Inc. Announces Capital Raise

OPEL Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:OPL)(OTCQX:OPELF) ("OPEL") announces that
subscriptions are now fully committed for the private placement financing of up
to $5.5 million comprising 11,000,000 Units at a price of C$0.50 per unit which
was previously announced on January 21, 2013. The financing is scheduled to
close on or about February 14, 2013.
