Olympia Announces Third Quarter Results

CALGARY, Nov. 23, 2012 /CNW/ - Olympia Financial Group Inc. (TSXV: OLY) today announced its operating and financial results for the three month period ended September 30, 2012.

The unaudited condensed interim financial statements and notes, as well as management's discussion and analysis, are now available on SEDAR (www.sedar.com).

Notables for the three month period ended September 30, 2012 include the following:

• total revenue increased 12%, to $10.58 million from $9.42 million, compared to the same quarter of the previous year;
• earnings from operations (before income tax) increased 17%, to $2.35 million from $2.01 million, compared to the same quarter of the previous year;
• earnings before income tax increased 9%, to $2.15 million from $1.97 million, compared to the same quarter of the previous year; and
• total interest increased 20% to $1.18 million from $0.98 million, compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
