Open EC Technologies, Inc. ("Open EC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:OCE)
announces that it has, subject to regulatory acceptance, granted incentive stock
options to Directors & Officers, under the terms of its Stock Option Plan,
granting the right to purchase up to 1,000,000 common shares of the Company at
$0.10 per share until October 13, 2016.
