Oramericas Corp Announces Name and Symbol Change

VANCOUVER, Feb. 8, 2016 /CNW/ - Oramericas Corp (NEX-TSXV Exchange: OA.H) (the "Company") is pleased to announce its continued restructuring efforts with a view to re-activating its business and its listing as a Tier II Technology Issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange. 

The Company is pleased to announce that it has formally completed its name change application with the TSX Venture Exchange.  The Company's common shares will commence trading under its new name Backstageplay Inc., on the TSX Venture Exchange (NEX Board), effective at the opening on Tuesday, February 9, 2016.  The Company's new trading symbol will BP.H.

There is no consolidation or change in the share capital of the Company.  Shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new company name and Company shares held electronically in Direct Registration System will be booked automatically.  The name change was approved by director consent resolution.

The Company's new CUSIP number is 056362106 and its new ISIN number is CA0563621063.

The Company intends to continue its restructuring efforts and will provide additional updates to shareholders as they become available.
