Nordex Explosives Ltd. Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

NORDEX EXPLOSIVES LTD. ("Nordex" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NXX) is
pleased to announce its shareholders have re-elected the Board of Directors to
another term. Peter Crossgrove, Thor Eaton, Paul De Luca, Dr. Lee Luciani,
Joseph Hunnisett and James O'Reilly were all re-elected at the annual general
meeting of the shareholders of Nordex held today in Timmins, Ontario. The
Corporation's auditors, BDO Canada LLP, were also re-appointed to hold office
until the next annual meeting of the shareholders.
