Nordex Continues to Increase Production of Buttbuster Explosives Product Line

NORDEX EXPLOSIVES LTD. ("Nordex" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NXX) is
pleased to announce continued progress in its manufacturing of the "Buttbuster"
perimeter control product designed for surface and underground blasting
applications. The Corporation completed construction and received final approval
for its new production facility in late 2013, and has continued to increase its
maximum daily manufacturing rates based on the averages established per each day
when in full production as follows:

Nordex has stated the anticipated capacity to manufacture up to 120 cases per
shift when in full production and each month has been increasing its
capabilities in order to achieve this objective. 


Each case manufactured contains approximately 25kg of specialized product cut to
customized lengths based on specific client needs.


Nordex has a cooperative relationship with Australian based Johnex Explosives,
whereby Nordex retains exclusive production and distribution rights for the
"Buttbuster" proprietary perimeter control product line.


The Corporation has recently updated its information reflecting this product and
will introduce it to existing and new markets in 2014. To date the Company has
manufactured and sold over 2,500 cases of product.
