Francois Giroux appointed Interim CFO at Novik

    




 ST-AUGUSTIN-DE-DEMAURES, QC, July 25, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Following the  departure of its CFO in late May, the board of directors of Novik has  asked its Executive vice president and general manager, Mr. François  Giroux MBA, Adm A., to assume the position of interim CFO in addition  to his current functions until a permanent solution is in place. 

 Mr. Giroux cumulates over 30 years in senior management and executive  positions. He is a director at Trévi Inc. and at Dawson College in  Montreal as well as at Bestar Inc., a publicly traded entity, where he  is also part of the audit committee. 

 The board of Novik is confident that this temporary appointment will  allow the company to operate in accordance to its governance and in  full respect of regulations.
