Northaven Resources Corp.: Corporate Name Change Completed

Northaven Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NTV) is pleased to announce that further
to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated March 11, 2011, the Company has,
effective March 14, 2011, changed its name from "Diamond International
Exploration Inc." to NORTHAVEN RESOURCES CORP. with trading symbol "NTV". The
Company's new name reflects its previously announced change in exploration focus
from diamonds to gold and other metals.
