Northquest Ltd. Announces Director Appointment

    




 TORONTO, April 2, 2012 /CNW/ - Northquest Ltd. (TSXV-NQ) ("Northquest"  or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Dr. Robert Hodder as a  director of the Corporation effective as of April 1, 2012, subject to  the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.  Dr. Hodder is a professional  engineer and a professional geoscientist who has served as an  exploration geologist with the American Metal Company, manager of the  exploration office in Lima, Peru for AMAX, and as senior geologist and  Vice-President of Exploration for Callahan Mining Corporation. He is a  former Chair, and is presently professor emeritus of the Geology  Department at the University of Western Ontario. He has received the  Duncan Derry Medal from the Geological Society of Canada and the  Mentorship Medal from the Canadian Federation of Earth Sciences. 

 At this time, Northquest also announces the resignation of Mr. Craig  MacDougall from the board of directors of the Corporation effective  April 1, 2012.  Northquest wishes to thank Mr. MacDougall for his  contributions to the Corporation, and wishes him well in his future  endeavours.
