Next Millennium Announces Name Change to Roadrunner Oil & Gas Inc.

Next Millennium Commercial Corp. (the "Corporation")(TSX VENTURE:NM) announces
that is has applied to Industry Canada and the TSX Venture Exchange for approval
to change the Corporation's name to "Roadrunner Oil & Gas Inc.". The Corporation
expects the name change to Roadrunner Oil & Gas Inc. and the adoption of the new
trading symbol "ROA" to become effective on Thursday, July 17, 2008. The
Corporation's proposed name change is subject to final TSX Venture Exchange
approval.


The Corporation is not subdividing, consolidating or otherwise altering its
share capital in association with the name change. The Corporation is a Tier 2
oil and gas issuer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
