TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov 29, 2013) - Nighthawk Gold Corp. ("Nighthawk" or the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:NHK) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 3,280,000 stock options to certain officers and directors of Nighthawk. The options were granted under Nighthawk's Stock Option Plan at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share. Each stock option entitles the holder to purchase one common share for a period of five years and vests immediately.

In addition, the board of directors of the Company has decided to freeze all salaries of the officers of Nighthawk for the coming fiscal year.
