Nighthawk Gold Corp. ("Nighthawk" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NHK) is pleased
to announce that it has filed a technical report pursuant to National Instrument
43-101, entitled "Technical Report and Mineral Resource Estimate Update on the
Colomac Property of the Indin Lake Project, Indin Lake Belt, Northwest
Territories, Canada" (the "Technical Report") with Canadian securities
regulators, pursuant to the Company's news release dated June 17, 2013.
