Northern Hemisphere Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NHD) announces that it has
granted incentive stock options under its incentive stock option plan to certain
directors, officers, employees and consultants, entitling them to purchase up to
a total of 2,840,000 shares at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of three
years.
