("NEM or the "Company") announces that David Kong and Joanne Yan have resigned as directors of the company.  "On behalf of the Company, the directors and the entire management team, we would like to thank David and Joanne for their significant contributions and service", said Mr. Sun, Chief Executive Officer of NEM. 

The Company does not have plans to replace the departing directors and will operate with the five current members.
