New Dimension Grants Stock Options

   New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: NDR) (the "Company" or "New Dimension") announces that it has granted 480,000 stock options at $0.21 to directors, officers and employees.

All of the options are exercisable for a period of 5 years from the date of grant.
