Nebu Resources Inc.: Corporate Update

Nebu Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NBU) is pleased to announce that Donald R.
Sheldon of Vancouver, BC has agreed to join the Board of Directors of the
Company. Mr. Sheldon has had an extensive career managing junior resource
companies and in raising capital for these companies in both Canada and Europe.


Mr. Sheldon replaces Duane Parnham and Jacob Willoughby who have resigned from
the Board. Mr. Parnham has resigned to concentrate his efforts on his other
exploration ventures in Africa.


Exploration Activity 

Nebu Resources Inc. is currently carrying out exploration work on its properties
in the Timmins gold camp and also at its Burntbush property in eastern Ontario.
In addition, as previously announced, drilling is to commence shortly on the
company's Beehive property located south of the City of Timmins in the vicinity
of the historic Naybob mine.


Nebu currently has 50,998,976 common shares issued and outstanding.
