North Atlantic Proposes Name Change to Legend Gold Corp.

North Atlantic Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NAC) (the "Company") announces that
the Board of Directors of the Company has approved, subject to shareholder and
regulatory approval, a change of name of the Company to Legend Gold Corp. A
special meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held on Wednesday,
February 16, 2011 to consider and, if thought fit, approve the name change. A
notice of meeting and management information circular describing the proposed
name change will be distributed in advance of the shareholders' meeting.
