North Atlantic Appoints J. Gianni Kovacevic to the Board of Directors

   North Atlantic Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NAC) is pleased to report that Mr. J. Gianni Kovacevic has been appointed as Director of the Company.

North Atlantic has also granted incentive stock options to buy 250,000 shares of North Atlantic at a price of CAD $0.55 per share. The options shall have a five year term expiring on October 19, 2015.
