Mitec names new Chief Financial Officer and new director

TORONTO, Dec. 18, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Mitec Telecom Inc. ("Mitec") (NEX: MTM.h), today announced the appointment of Leslie Hayes, C.A. as Chief Financial Officer and Edward Leavens as a director.  Both of these appointments are subject to regulatory approval.  Both Ms. Hayes and Mr. Leavens are located in Toronto, Ontario, where Mitec's corporate head office is now located.
