(TSX VENTURE:MIT) ("MTC") today announced the following new roles for the current management team. Chris Hogg, previously President and CEO of MTC, has been appointed Executive Chairman. Nabil Bader, previously CEO of Mint Middle East LLC ("MME"), has been appointed Group CEO. Terry Walter, previously CFO of MME, has been appointed Group CFO and Company Secretary. Mr. Walter replaces Andrew Martinez who was CFO of the Company since December 31, 2009 and will continue with the Company for an interim period to facilitate a smooth transition of responsibilities. Mint would like to thank Andrew for the great job he has done over the last 18 months. The new roles reflect the Company's expanding business interests internationally and the strong Middle East focus, the current and future plans for the direction of the Company as well as the dedication and hard work the management team has given to the Company to-date.
