Snipp Signs MOU With CCG Marketing Solutions

Snipp Interactive Inc., an international provider of mobile marketing solutions
listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX VENTURE:SPN), and CCG Marketing
Solutions, a leader in providing integrated marketing services to Consumer
Health, CPG, Automotive, and Pharmaceutical companies, are pleased to announce
that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"). 


The two companies will sell and promote each other's services and solutions to
existing and potential customers thereby creating additional revenue streams for
both companies. Snipp's 'Mobilize Me' platform and its wide range of
industry-leading product solutions including SnippCheck (mobile receipt
processing for promotions), SnippShip (real-time shipment notifications),
SnippWin (mobile contests and couponing), SnippSites (mobile websites) will
provide CCG with a complete range of mobile-based solutions that will solidify
its position as the market leader in data-intensive fulfillment and marketing
programs. In turn, Snipp stands to benefit from CCG's experience, infrastructure
and scale in constructing end-to-end turn-key promotional programs, as well as
its deep relationships with many of the world's largest, best respected and
successful global brands. 


Snipp and CCG have already worked on incorporating solutions into 2014 planning
for some of CCG's largest and most respected clients.
