Morumbi Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MOC) ("Morumbi" or the "Company") announced
that, in accordance with its stock option plan, the board of directors of the
Company approved the grant of an aggregate of an aggregate of 2,050,000
incentive stock options to various directors, officers and employees of the
Company. The options are exercisable on or before May 28, 2019 at an exercise
price of $0.03 per share. The granting of the options are subject to regulatory
acceptance of applicable filings.
