TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2014 /CNW/ - NorthWest International Healthcare Properties REIT (the "REIT") announced today that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the annual meeting of unitholders of the REIT held September 30, 2014 (the "Meeting") were elected as trustees of the REIT. Detailed results of the vote for the election of trustees held at the Meeting, if a ballot had been taken and based solely on the proxies received by the REIT, are set out below:

Vital Healthcare Property Trust 2014 Annual Report

The REIT also announced today that Vital Healthcare Property Trust ("Vital") released its 2014 Annual Report.
