KIRKLAND, QC, Feb. 28, 2024 /CNW/ - Manitex Capital Inc. ("Manitex") reported today its financial results for the year ended October 31, 2023.

Net income for the year was $256,986 ($0.020 per share) compared to a net loss of $7,263,895 ($0.575 per share) for 2022.

Net book value per share ("NBV") as at October 31, 2023 was $0.73 compared to an NBV of $0.71 as at October 31, 2022.
