Mano River Resources Inc: Directors Dealing & Holding in Company

Mano River Resources Inc. ("Mano" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:MNO)(AIM:MANA) - 

Mano, the TSX-V and AIM-listed exploration and development company focussed on
West Africa, announces that three Directors have purchased stock in the company.


The Company was notified by:

- Eastbound Resources Ltd. ('Eastbound'), a company controlled by Non Executive
Director Guido ('Guy') Pas, that Eastbound acquired 500,000 common shares for a
consideration of 3.75 pence per share on 30 October 2008. This brings the total
number of shares owned by Eastbound to 28,700,191 shares, and the total number
of shares indirectly and directly controlled by Mr Pas to 30,900,191 shares,
which represents approximately 9.72% of the Company's issued share capital.


- David Evans, Executive Chairman of the Company, that he purchased 500,000
common shares at 3.5 pence per share on 30 October 2008. His holding of common
shares in the Company has increased to 1,700,000 shares, representing
approximately 0.53% of the Company's issued share capital.


- Malcolm Burne, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he purchased
500,000 common shares at 3.375 pence per share on 29 October 2008. His holding
of common shares in the Company has increased to 1,400,000 shares, representing
approximately 0.44% of the Company's issued shared capital.
