Micrex Development Corp.: Resignation of Director, Grant of Stock Options

Micrex Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MIX) announced today that it has granted
381,484 stock options, at an exercise price of $0.16 per share, to four
directors. The options will expire on December 9, 2016.


The Corporation also announces that Charles Burnett has resigned from the Board.
The Corporation wishes to thank Dr. Burnett for his contributions to the
Corporation over the past 24 years.
