Micrex Development Corp.: Financing Announced

Micrex Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MIX) is pleased to announce that it has,
subject to stock exchange approval, undertaken a non-brokered debt financing of
up to $300,000. The Notes are unsecured, bear interest at 6% per annum and are
due December 31, 2014. Each Unit will also contain that number of share purchase
warrants equal to 40% of the principal divided by $0.10, with each warrant
entitling the holder to subscribe for one common share for $0.10 until December
31, 2014.


Proceeds will be used for working capital.
