Medexus Lists October 2018 Unsecured Convertible Debentures on the TSX Venture Exchange

Medexus Pharmaceuticals Inc. (formerly Pediapharm Inc.) (the “Company”) (TSXV: MDP, OTCQB: PDDPF)

today announced that the 6.0% unsecured convertible debentures of the Company (the “Debentures”) will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “MDP.DB” at the market opening today, Tuesday, February 12, 2019. The Debentures were issued on October 16, 2018 upon the automatic conversion of subscription receipts of the Company which were issued pursuant to a private placement of the Company on October 11, 2018.
