Macro Enterprises Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MCR) (the "Company" or "Macro") wishes to
point out that the Weighted average common shares outstanding (thousands) of
25,120 disclosed in its news release issued earlier today is incorrect. The
correct Weighted average common shares outstanding (thousands) for the third
quarter is 26,663, as disclosed in the financial statements. An updated release
including the corrected number has been filed and is available on SEDAR at
www.sedar.com.
