Grant of Options to Purchase Common Shares

THETFORD MINES, QC, Aug. 27, 2024 /CNW/ - At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 27, 2024, Mazarin Inc. (the "Corporation") has granted to Messrs. Guy Bérard, Marcel Groleau and Richard Poulin a total of 450,000 options to purchase common shares of the Corporation at a price of $0.11 per share, being the exercise price in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Stock Option Plan of the Corporation.
