Pacific Lottery Corporation Completes and Files German Listing Prospectus

Pacific Lottery Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LUK) (FRANKFURT:PCF) (the
"Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has completed and filed its
listing Prospectus with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority
(BaFin). The filing of the Prospectus is in furtherance of the Corporations
objectives to elevate its present contingent quotation of securities to a
listing of its securities at the Entry standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.


The Corporation expects the full listing of its securities on the Frankfurt
market will assist in providing additional liquidity and accessibility for
shareholders. As well, the Corporation further believes, that in conjunction
with its ongoing successful operational activities in Vietnam that this is an
important step forward in its goal of unlocking shareholder value. The
Prospectus provides for the possible placement of principal securities by an
International Investment Bank.


In other developments, the Corporation was a trade show participant in the 2008
WLA bi-annual Convention and Trade Show that took place recently in Greece. PLC
was pleased to discuss and highlight at its booth, its next generation National
On-line Lottery technology that was successfully installed and recently launched
in Vietnam. The delegates were able to see a short presentation detailing the
launch of the new Vietnamese lottery program exclusively using the Corporation's
On-line lottery technology, which is in satisfaction of its exclusive ten (10)
year Technology and Services contract with the Government of Vietnam for the
operation of Vietnam's only authorised State run on-line lottery program.
