Pacific Lottery Corporation Begins Launch Related Marketing Program

Pacific Lottery Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LUK) (the "Corporation") is pleased to
announce it has begun its launch related marketing activities in anticipation of
the upcoming official launch of a new Vietnamese state owned and operated
on-line lottery program. This program will exclusively use the Corporation's
next generation National On-line Lottery Central System incorporating
proprietary lottery terminals, central system software and game technology.


The marketing activities are part of a comprehensive pre and post launch
marketing campaign intended to create "top of mind" awareness of the soon to be
offered new on-line lottery games. As well, the marketing program will educate
the general public about the benefits, convenience and integrity of the only
on-line lottery program available in Vietnam. The marketing campaign will use
several different mediums to increase public awareness about the impending
launch including television, print advertising and flyers. As well, consumer
directed promotional items, retailer directed incentives and over 50 additional
special service promotional staff are being engaged in order assist in this
campaign. Additionally, other launch related activities are continuing to
intensify in anticipation of the commercial launch of this new government
on-line lottery program.


This announcement is in furtherance of the Corporation's successful completion
of the installation of its next generation on-line lottery technology. When
launched, this new on-line Lottery program will establish the only government
sanctioned online lottery retailer network in Vietnam, all in accordance with
the Corporation's newly executed exclusive ten (10) year technology supply and
services contract.

of a new more informative and interactive corporate website at
