Pacific Lottery Corporation: 2nd Quarter Results Show Continuing Strong Revenue Growth

Pacific Lottery Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LUK) (FRANKFURT:PCF) ("Corporation")
announces the release of its June 30st, 2009 Consolidated Financial Statements
and Management Discussion and Analysis report (MD&A). Again this quarter, the
key highlight of these statements is the continued quarter over quarter growth
in revenues from the Corporation's exclusive Vietnamese on-line lottery
technology supply and services contract. Gross lottery turnover for the 2nd
Quarter 2009 totalled US$600,421, a 30% increase over the previous 1st Quarter
2009 results. The Corporation expects this trend to continue as gross lottery
turnover, with its associated net revenues, undergoes further significant
elevation in the coming months. This continuing growth pattern is due to ongoing
advancements in the previously announced activities such as the Government
approved prime time, live, nationally televised lottery draw show, the recent
addition of the popular new Pair game coupled with significant expansion of the
lottery ticket distribution network.
