Lite Access Technologies Announces $750,000 Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BC, Feb. 12, 2021 /CNW/ - LITE ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (the "Company") (TSXV: LTE) (OTCPINK: LTCCF) is pleased to announce a private placement financing of up to 3,000,000 units (each a "Unit") at $0.25 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $750,000 (the "Offering"). 

Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant"), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of one year from the date of the issue at an exercise price of $0.35 per share.  The Company may pay a finder's fee in cash and/or share purchase warrants in connection with the Offering.

Proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund growth initiatives and for working capital purposes.  All securities issued under the Offering, including securities issuable on the exercise thereof, are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance.

The Offering is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
