Life Sciences Files Third Quarter Financial Statements

Life Sciences Institute Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LSN) (the "Corporation") announces
that, as of December 6, 2010, it has filed its interim financial statements and
management's discussion and analysis (collectively, the "Filings") for the
period ended September 30, 2010. The Filings were prepared prior to the filing
deadline of November 29, 2010 and forwarded to its agent for filing; however,
due to a computer malfunction at the agent's office, they were not filed on
SEDAR. As a result of the late Filings, the Alberta Securities Commission issued
a cease trade order against the securities of the Corporation as of December 3,
2010. 


On December 6, 2010, the Corporation submitted a revocation application under
National Policy 12-202 to the Alberta Securities Commission seeking the
revocation of the cease trade order. Further, on December 7, 2010 the
Corporation submitted a reinstatement application to the TSX Venture Exchange
seeking reinstatement of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
