LONGREACH OIL AND GAS LIMITED (TSX-V: LOI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange to change the name of the Company to PetroMaroc Corporation plc.

Effective at the opening on Monday, July 14, 2014, the common shares of PetroMaroc Corporation plc will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "PMA".
