Long Harbour Capital Appoints CEO and CFO

   Long Harbour Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: LHC), (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Geoff Lee as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Mr. Charles Austin as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO").

Mr. Lee is a co-founder and former CFO of the Company. He has served in key leadership and executive management positions, including co-founding several public and private companies over the past 15 years. He is a senior officer and director of Central Asia Mining Corp., a private company focused on mining exploration of precious and base metals in Mongolia and broader Central Asia; and of Bamet Resources Corp., which is similarly focused in the Philippines. He is a co-founder and current director of TSX-V listed Functional Technologies Corp and principal of Bellwether Investments Limited.

Mr. Austin, also a co-founder of the Company, has and brings extensive experience in business development, corporate governance and early-stage risk capital. He is an officer and director of Central Asia Mining Corp. and of Bamet Resources Corp., both of which are private companies active in exploration of precious and base metals in Southeast and Central Asia. As the President of Austin & Briggs Investments Inc., Mr. Austin is an active angel investor in sectors including real estate and alternative energy.

Mr. Howard Louie will remain with the Company as its Executive Chairman.

The Company continues to consolidate an exploration property position potentially adding to it's previously announced Saskatchewan property agreement, as a longer term strategic objective, while pursuing the acquisition of highly prospective exploration properties in the precious and base metals sector.
