Lifebank Grants Stock Options to Chief Financial Officer

   Lifebank Corp. ("Lifebank" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LBK) announces that a total of 100,000 incentive stock options have been granted to Jeff Charpentier, the Company's Chief Financial Officer pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable for a period of five (5) years at a price of $0.16 per share.
