New Carolin Gold Corp. Announces Acquisition of Leased Operational Equipment and Capital Assets

New Carolin Gold Corp. (the “Company” or “New Carolin”) (TSXV: LAD / OTCBB: LADFF) reports that it has entered into an agreement dated September 6, 2019 with a third party (the “Vendor”) pursuant to which the Company has agreed to purchase from the Vendor certain existing operational equipment used by the Company in its exploration activities at its Ladner Gold Project. The agreed purchase price for the equipment is $200,000 (the “Purchase Price”) to be satisfied by a cash payment of $25,000 and the issue 1,750,000 common shares of the Company. Closing of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.

The common shares to be issued pursuant to the aforementioned agreement will be subject to a four month restricted resale period in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
