Kazax Announces Changes to Board and Approval of Special Resolution to Amend Articles

Effective November 8, 2013, following the Company's Annual General and Special
Meeting (the "Meeting"), the Company is pleased to announce the re-appointment
of Trevor Campbell Smith, Riad Al Sadek, Daniel Kunz, Mohamad Chafic, Moshtagh
Moshtaghi and Oleg Demidkin to the Board of Directors. Tarek Damerji and David
Savage did not stand for re-election.


A special resolution approving, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange, the Company's intention to amend its Articles to provide for annual
general and special meetings of the shareholders to be held in Dubai, United
Arab Emirates or at another location outside of British Columbia as may be
determined by the directors at the time such meeting is called, was approved by
the shareholders at the Meeting.


The shareholders also re-approved the Company's Stock Option Plan, as required
under TSX Venture Exchange policies.
