Knightswood Financial Corp. (TSX VENTURE:KWF), a merchant banking company, today announces it has accepted Cam Hui's resignation from his positions as a non-executive director and a member of the audit committee of the Company effective February 28, 2010. Mr. Hui has taken a position at a company with directors in common and is therefore no longer able to remain an independent director for Knightswood Financial.
