Knicks' Trecesson Property Mondor/Raymor Area Acquisition Completed

Val-d'Or, Quebec, June 4, 2013, - Knick Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: KNX) is pleased to report that it has completed final payment for the acquisition of 100 percent of the Mondor/Raymor property from Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. (TSX-V: GMX) for a total of $12,500 and 1 million common shares of Knick (reference press release Sept. 4, 2012).

The Mondor/Raymor area incorporated as part of Knick's Trecesson property includes the historic Mondor/Raymor (Zone A) deposit. The deposit is a historic probable resource categorized as 0.5 million tonnes possible at 5.5g/t gold (MNRQ, sigeom-2000-07-07, metallic deposit, reserve document reference GM 47762). A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources and the company is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources (Press release Nov. 6, 2012).

Gordon N. Henriksen, P.Geo., Vice President of Knick Exploration, is the Company's qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. He has reviewed and approved the contents of this press release.
