Yankee Hat Engages Investor Cubed Inc. to Provide Investor Relations Services

Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:KHT) is pleased to announce that it has
entered into an agreement with Investor Cubed Inc.("Investor Cubed") for
investor relations services (the "I3 Agreement").


By way of the I3 Agreement, Yankee Hat will pay Investor Cubed a fee of $5,000
per month and will issue Investor Cubed 300,000 incentive stock options (the
"Options"). The Options are exercisable for a period of 12 months and in
accordance with the TSX Venture exchange policies, 25% of the Options will vest
each quarterly at an exercise price of $0.10. The Agreement has an initial term
of twelve (12) months and subject to regulatory approval.
