Kilo Goldmines Announces Corporate Update

Kilo Goldmines Ltd. ("Kilo" or the "Corporation") (TSX
VENTURE:KGL)(FRANKFURT:02K), a gold exploration company whose principal assets
are located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, announces that it has
retained Questrade Inc. ("Questrade") to provide market-making services in
accordance with TSX Venture Exchange guidelines. The term of the agreement is
twelve months, beginning June 2, 2014, at a cost of $4,500 per month. The
appointment of Questrade is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Though
Kilo and Questrade are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and Questrade will
not receive shares or options as compensation, Questrade and its clients have or
may have a direct interest in the securities of the Corporation.
